Who we are
Blackwellen Limited trading as Ravemont Watches, company number 16482166, registered office 61 Bridge Stree Bridge Street, Kington, England, HR5 3DJ. Email: support@ravemontwatches.com.
Products and condition
Key product features, condition, price and available delivery options are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout. Some watches may be ex-display, refurbished or serviced; where this applies it will be disclosed in the listing. Please review the full description before ordering.
Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not accept the order. The contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing, fraud, delivery-territory or legal reasons; if payment was taken, we will refund the affected amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before checkout. Payment must be authorised by the payment provider. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting the order and will ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Some orders are fulfilled by third-party partners and may arrive in separate parcels. TAG Heuer products are not currently available for delivery to Great Britain.
Cancellation, returns and faults
Our Refund Policy explains the online cancellation right, return process and remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
Warranties and brand relationship
Any commercial or manufacturer warranty is additional to statutory rights and applies only where expressly stated on the product page or supplied with the item. Unless expressly stated, we are an independent retailer and not an authorised dealer or representative of the brands displayed.
Responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful. We are not responsible for business losses suffered by a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and court rights available in their home jurisdiction.
