Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This Return and Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged deliveries and faulty products are handled when you purchase from Ravemont Watches.

Ravemont Watches is a trading name of:

Blackwellen Limited
Company number: 16482166
Registered office: 61 Bridge Stree Bridge Street, Kington, England, HR5 3DJ
Email: support@ravemontwatches.com

In this policy, “Ravemont Watches”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Blackwellen Limited. “You” and “customer” refer to the person who purchased the product from us.

1. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces your legal rights.

Products supplied by us must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality.

  • Fit for their normal purpose and any particular purpose agreed with us.

  • As described on our website.

  • Supplied with the legal right to sell them.

If a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to your contract, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or another remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These rights apply separately from any manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee.

2. Cancelling an order before dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at support@ravemontwatches.com.

Please include:

  • Your full name.

  • Your order number.

  • The email address used for the order.

  • A clear statement that you wish to cancel.

We will try to stop the order before dispatch. However, orders may be processed quickly by our fulfilment partners, so cancellation before dispatch cannot always be guaranteed.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may return it under the cancellation process set out below.

3. Your right to cancel an online purchase

If you are a consumer purchasing online in the United Kingdom, you normally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

If an order contains several products delivered separately, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which the final product is received.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us before the cancellation period expires. You can do this by emailing support@ravemontwatches.com or by using the model cancellation form at the end of this policy.

Your message must contain a clear statement that you are cancelling the contract. You do not have to use the model cancellation form.

4. Returning a cancelled order

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must send the product back within a further 14 days.

Please contact us before posting anything. We will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions. Depending on the product and fulfilment location, this address may be different from our registered office.

Do not return products directly to a manufacturer, distributor or supplier unless we have expressly instructed you to do so.

Your cancellation right is not dependent on receiving a return authorisation number. However, contacting us first allows us to identify your return and provide the correct destination.

5. Change-of-mind return conditions

You may inspect and handle a watch to the same extent that would reasonably be permitted in a physical shop.

You should take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession. Where possible, please return it with:

  • Its presentation box.

  • Manuals and warranty documentation.

  • Protective packaging.

  • Included accessories.

  • Spare bracelet links.

  • Tags and product labels.

  • Promotional items supplied with the order.

The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove your statutory rights. However, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and operation.

Examples of handling that may reduce a watch’s value include:

  • Wearing the watch for ordinary daily use.

  • Scratching or marking the watch, bracelet, clasp or crystal.

  • Removing protective films and then using the watch.

  • Adjusting, cutting or materially altering a strap.

  • Removing bracelet links without returning all links and pins.

  • Engraving or personalising the watch.

  • Exposing the watch to water, chemicals, perfume, impact or other damage.

  • Registering or activating a product in a way that cannot reasonably be reversed.

  • Returning incomplete accessories or packaging where this reduces the product’s value.

You may try the watch on carefully to assess its appearance and fit. This should be done indoors, for a short period, without exposing it to wear or damage.

6. Personalised and altered products

The statutory right to cancel may not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, including individually engraved products.

This exception does not affect your rights where a personalised or altered product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.

A standard watch that has not been made or personalised specifically for you is not excluded merely because it is a watch.

7. Return postage for change-of-mind returns

Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning a product when you cancel because you have changed your mind.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service because watches can be valuable. You should retain your postage receipt and tracking information.

You remain responsible for the return until it is delivered to the return address, unless we arranged and supplied the return service.

We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transportation arranged independently by you.

8. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products

Please contact us promptly if your order:

  • Arrives damaged.

  • Is faulty.

  • Is not the product ordered.

  • Is missing parts or accessories.

  • Does not match its description.

  • Appears to have been damaged during delivery.

Email support@ravemontwatches.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • Your full name.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs or video showing the product, packaging and damage where reasonably possible.

  • A photograph of the shipping label if the wrong item was delivered.

Photographs help us assess and resolve the issue, but requesting photographs does not remove or limit your statutory rights.

Where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, we will provide appropriate return instructions and bear reasonable return costs where required by law.

Please do not arrange repairs or send the watch to a third-party repairer before contacting us. Unauthorised work may make it more difficult to determine the original fault, although it does not automatically remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. The 30-day right to reject faulty goods

If a product does not conform to the contract, you may have a short-term right to reject it within 30 days of delivery and receive a refund.

You may alternatively request a repair or replacement where appropriate.

The remedy available depends on the circumstances, the nature of the fault and applicable consumer law.

10. Faults discovered after 30 days

If a fault is discovered after the initial 30-day period, you may normally be entitled to request a repair or replacement.

A repair or replacement must be completed within a reasonable time, without significant inconvenience and without cost to you.

If a repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, unsuccessful or not completed within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or to reject the product and receive a refund.

For faults identified within the first six months, the fault is generally presumed to have existed at delivery unless we can demonstrate otherwise, subject to the applicable law and the nature of the product or fault.

After six months, you may be asked to demonstrate that the fault existed when the product was supplied.

11. Damage, misuse and normal wear

We are not responsible for problems caused by:

  • Accidental damage after delivery.

  • Misuse or neglect.

  • Failure to follow the manufacturer’s care instructions.

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Water exposure beyond the product’s stated water-resistance rating.

  • Operating crowns or pushers underwater where prohibited.

  • Damage caused by impacts, magnets, chemicals, perfumes or extreme temperatures.

  • Normal battery depletion where the battery was not faulty when supplied.

  • Strap deterioration resulting from ordinary use.

We will assess each claim fairly. Nothing in this section limits rights relating to an inherent fault or a product that did not conform to the contract when supplied.

12. Refund amount

For a valid cancellation, we will refund:

  • The price paid for the returned product.

  • The cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where you paid an outbound delivery charge.

If you selected an enhanced or more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the difference between that service and our least expensive standard delivery option.

We may make a reasonable deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

For faulty, incorrect, damaged or misdescribed products, applicable delivery and return costs will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

13. Refund timescale

For a change-of-mind cancellation, we will issue the refund without undue delay and normally within 14 days after the earliest of:

  • The day we receive the returned product; or

  • The day you provide satisfactory evidence that the product has been sent back.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or receive evidence that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.

Where no goods were supplied, the refund will normally be made within 14 days after we are informed of the cancellation.

A refund relating to the statutory rejection of faulty goods will be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline.

14. Refund method

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

You will not be charged a refund administration fee.

After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account. This processing time is outside our control.

We will not normally issue a refund to a different card, bank account or person unless required by law or necessary because the original payment method is unavailable.

15. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because availability and pricing can change.

Where an exchange is not available, you may return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

If you received an incorrect or faulty product and a suitable replacement is available, we may offer a replacement as one of the available remedies.

16. Gifts

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method and therefore to the original purchaser.

We may require proof of purchase before accepting a return or providing a remedy. Proof may include an order confirmation, receipt, bank statement or other reasonable evidence that the product was purchased from Ravemont Watches.

17. Refused and undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed or returned because the delivery information supplied was incorrect, we will contact you when it is returned to us or our fulfilment partner.

Where the order is treated as cancelled, any refund will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights. We may deduct direct costs that we are legally permitted to recover and that were clearly disclosed before purchase.

18. International returns

Customers outside the United Kingdom should contact us before returning a product.

Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region may also apply. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Unless the product is faulty, incorrect, damaged or misdescribed, international customers are generally responsible for return shipping, insurance, customs documentation and other direct return costs.

Marking a parcel incorrectly for customs purposes may delay or prevent processing. We cannot instruct customers to make false customs declarations.

Original customs duties, import VAT and clearance charges are normally collected by government authorities or carriers. Refunds of those amounts may need to be requested directly from the relevant authority or carrier.

19. TAG Heuer delivery restrictions

Some TAG Heuer products displayed by Ravemont Watches are not available for delivery to Great Britain.

An inability to supply a restricted product will result in cancellation and a full refund of any amount captured for that product.

A delivery restriction does not reduce your rights concerning any order that we have accepted and supplied.

20. Promotions and sale products

Products bought during a promotion or sale have the same statutory rights as full-price products.

Where a discount was applied to an entire order, any refund will be calculated using the amount actually paid and the reasonable allocation of that discount between the products.

Returning part of a promotional bundle may affect any discount that depended on purchasing multiple products, where this was clearly disclosed in the promotion’s terms and is legally permitted.

21. Manufacturer warranties

Some watches may include a manufacturer or supplier warranty.

A warranty is additional to your statutory rights. The expiry or absence of a manufacturer’s warranty does not remove any rights you have against Ravemont Watches as the seller.

Warranty coverage, duration and exclusions may vary between products and brands. Please retain any warranty card, serial information and proof of purchase supplied with your order.

22. How to request a return

Email support@ravemontwatches.com and include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Your full name.

  3. The email address used to place the order.

  4. The product you wish to return.

  5. Whether you are cancelling, reporting a fault or reporting delivery damage.

  6. A description of any fault or damage.

  7. Supporting photographs where reasonably possible.

We will respond with the correct return instructions and destination.

Please package the product securely. Where possible, use an outer shipping box rather than attaching labels directly to the watch’s presentation box.

Do not include payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive personal information in your return.

23. Contact and complaints

Questions, return requests and complaints should be sent to:

24. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our processes, services or legal obligations.

The version applying to your order will be the version published or otherwise supplied to you when the contract was formed, except where a later change is required by law or provides you with greater rights.
